Ms. Courtnee
An Atlanta native,
Ms. Courtnee holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and Theatre from Hampton University and a Master's degree in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. She has a passion for Theatre Arts, Literacy, and Creative Writing.
She is also a second-grade ELA teacher at KIPP STRIVE Primary School.
Ms. Courtnee gets her greatest gratification from being a positive influence on the lives of children and families through Literacy and Arts Education. It is her honor to serve your family.

Ms. Ashley
Ms. Ashley is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. She received her degree in Secondary English Education and is certified to teach grades 6-12. She is proud to celebrate almost 10 years of teaching with no plans on stopping anytime soon!
There is nothing that excites Ms. Ashley more than teaching her students to read and write well. She provides thorough, guided, and engaging instruction that has been successful for many years. She enjoys seeing progress and breaking barriers with her students. Ms. Ashley is more than thrilled to be a part of G.E.M. Tutoring and looks forward to growing the minds of all of her scholars!

Ms. Morris
Mrs. Morris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Stillman College and a Master’s degree in elementary education from Relay Graduate School of Education. She is Georgia state certified to teach grades P-5.
She is proud to have been teaching and reaching students for 7 years.
Reading and writing is her passion! She provides opportunities for students to engage in fun-filled,
data-driven instruction! She enjoys growing the minds of little learners and whole-heartedly believes students do their best learning through play. Mrs. Morris is beyond excited to be a part of G.E.M Tutoring and cultivating the minds of children one student at a time.
Ms. Jenn

Ms. Jenn is the founder and Lead Tutor of Growing Exceptional Minds Tutoring. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She has been teaching for almost 10 years and is certified to teach K-12. She is also an Orton-Gillingham trained tutor and has been using a structured literacy approach for over 2 years.
As an experienced teacher, she recognizes that each child is different and needs their learning styles catered to. In a classroom setting, it's challenging to access each learner. In response to this problem, G.E.M. Tutoring was born.

Ms. Brown
Mrs. Brown is a Clark Atlanta University alum and continued her education with the Relay Graduate School of Education where she obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. She is passionate about supporting parents and families as well as developing children’s language and literacy skills. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, writing, reading doing puzzles and engaging in music and tv shows from the 90’s.

Ms. Erinn
Ms. Erinn is a graduate of Hampton University. She continued her education at Georgia State University where she earned a M.A. in Middle Grades English and Social Studies instruction. In 2014, Ms. Erinn served as a Literacy Instructional Coach and in 2017, she became an Assistant Principal. Additionally, Ms. Erinn was named KIPP WAYS Academy Teacher of the Year.
Ms. Erinn is excited to serve the children of Atlanta and instill academic G.E.M.s in each one!

Ms. Vivian
Ms. Vivian is a math tutor for K-5! She is passionate about youth empowerment and believes that every student has the potential to learn and grow no matter where they are at in their learning journey. Mistakes are stepping stones for learning, and she encourages her students to strive for progress rather than perfection.
Ms. Vivian is excited to nurture a love for learning in her students!
